• A $75 prepaid electricity deposit is required prior to check-in and is applied toward actual electricity consumption
• Electricity usage is deducted from the prepaid balance; if the balance is depleted, electricity service may be temporarily paused
• Guests may add funds to the electricity balance at any time if they expect higher usage or wish to avoid interruption

Electricity usage varies depending on weather, thermostat settings, and personal preferences. With moderate, mindful use, most guests are able to manage electricity consumption comfortably. In hotter weather or with continuous use of air conditioning set very cold, electricity usage can increase noticeably. We encourage guests to be mindful of energy use, such as turning off air conditioning when the unit is unoccupied and keeping doors and windows closed while the A/C is running.

The condo is equipped with modern inverter mini-split air conditioning, which is designed to be more energy-efficient than older systems.
